What is this?
The Queer Collective Workers’ Union Archive is a shared diagram where (queer) cultural workers contribute small entries called seeds, connecting references, questions, and responses into a living network.
It began as an organizing tool developed by workers of Bebe Books, grounded in the recognition that the lived realities of these workers are often obscured behind the politics of representation. The archive maps the relations through which cultural labor actually circulates.
If you feel unsure whether you fit under the scope of “queer workers” we’re trying to organize, you may find resonance in this open letter.
Each seed connects to an existing seed through a relation, forming a network of references, responses, questions, and disagreements.
Hover over a seed to preview it. Click to open it.
